A said through a lawyer on 19th, "I transferred to another school due to the school violence committed by KGR and friends, due to the rumor which said I transferred because of my own mistake and the second offense, I attempted an extreme choice (suicide)". She revealed that Kim Garam's school violence was real. 

A side said that the document report of School Violence Countersome Committee is real and so is Kim Garam's school violence. 

According to A side, the one who expose Kim Garam's school violence on online communitie is a third party. 

However, in this part, people misunderstood that the one who wrote it is A, they posted a message saying, "jealousy will drive you crazy," and even released a photo of A, threatening her by saying "prepare your grave." 

Then when HYBE and Source Music release statement which said that Kim Garam is not a school violence perpetrator, the shaming and threat towards A were getting severe. 

Eventually, A side urged HYBE to delete the statement of position and express his position again, and apologize to A, but HYBE did not corrected their statemebt and vented their anger by pushing LE SSERAFIM's activities. 

Currently, due to the recent suffer she received, A has dropped out of school and currently moving their house. 

The lawyer stated, "In order to solve the problem easily, Kim Garam skipped the detailed informations regarding school violence directed towards A, if HYBE continues to maintain its statement that "the suspicion is malicious and Kim Garam is the victim," the law firm will release the full report of the results of the school violence committee, including the summary of the case, and the victim's detailed statement of the terrible school violence also considering to disclose the full message containing abusive language to call the victim to the scene/location of mass assault."

Regarding the controversy over school violence by LE SSERAFIM Kim Garam and HYBE's position, the legal firm (limited/finite) under the victim's agent Darren Law Group will express the victim's position based on the statement of the victim and guardian, the report of the School Violence Countersome Committee under the name of the headmaster of Kyungin Middle School. 

1. Authenticity of the notification of the results of the School Violence Countermeasures Committee

2. The circumstances of the incident 

The victim (pseudonym "Yoo Eunseo") suffered school violence from Kim Garam and her friends around the end of April to early May 2018, and transferred to another school within 1~2 weeks after the incident because she unable to withstand the continued group violence. 

After that, the School Violence Countermeasures Committee was held on June 4th, 2018, and Kim Garam, a student who committed school violence, received six hours of special education, five hours of special education for parents under Article 17 (1) 5 of the School Violence Act, and Yoo Eunseo, a victim of school violence, received psychological counseling and advice. 

Victim Yoo Eunseo was forced to transfer because she could not withstand continuous group abuse. But due to the rumor which said that "Yoo Eunseo was forced to transfer due to her own mistake" she suffered from malicious rumors and had a hard time even after transferring schools. 

About four years later, Kim Garam was revealed as a member of LE SSERAFIM on April 2022, and friends who knew the incident contacted Yoo Eunseo and expressed their anger, saying, "How can the perpetrator of school violence become a celebrity?" Yoo Eunseo was stressed because a perpretator of the incident which she wanted to forget the most become celebrity and thinking how she will see her frequently through the media. 

Then, a post titled "(Alumnus) I will expose LE SSERAFIM Kim Garam" was posted on the NATE Pann board, and the content was that "Kim Garam was famous for his poor personality to the extent that all people know include to the people in the surrounding schools, and when there were students who she didn't like, many people came together to curse and cornering a person. I'm the victim of school violence." Including the above, several posts have been uploaded pointing out Kim Garam as the perpetrator of school violence. 

Perhaps because Yoo Eunseo is a victim of Kim Garam's school violence, there was a comment left which said that it was Yoo Eunseo who posted a post revealing Kim Garam's school violence as a victim. Also through Facebook Messanger, twitter post, etc, Yoo Eunsoo received malicious criticism such as "Yoo Eunseo is the one who maliciously shame Kim Garam", "She is just an ugly duck who is jealous of pretty kids", "She fixed everything but still ugly", and "She shamed her (Garam) due to jealousy". Even in the mentioned post, they revealed Yoo Eunseo pic while saying "Thank me because I censored your face. If you stalk LE SSERAFIM, prepare your grave". And they also threatened Yoo Eunseo. 

There must be someone who have Yoo Eunseo's uncensored original pic. Therefore, she suffered from extreme anxiety and fear at the thought of not knowing when, where, from whom, or what harm she would receive if she (her face) is being spread on the Internet. She also suffered panic attacks which caused her difficult to breathe because heart heart was about to explode from time to time. 

3. Send content certification to HYBE but NO reply 

At that time, HYBE Co., Ltd. (here referred to as "HYBE") issued a statement that "the suspicion of school violence against Kim Garam was a maliciously slandered by the subtle editing of what happened while making friends, and Kim Ga-ram is a victim of school violence." 

Yoo Eunseo received criticism and threatened such as 'You are slandering Kim Garam' from unidentified people. With the addition of HYBE's above statement in the face of accusation and intimidation, the indiscriminate secondary assault on Yoo Eunseo intensified. Yoo Eunseo cried and refused to go to school, saying, "I think it will end only when I die," and Yoo Eunseo's guardian delegated a criminal complaint to this law firm to send the victim's position as proof of contents and to the effect that Yoo Eunseo posted an expose about Kim Garam. 

This law firm filed a criminal complaint against those who posted false comments about Yoo Eunsoo's Expose Post about Kim Garam at the Seoul Guro Police Station, and sent a mail of content of evidence to HYBE at 2022-4-20 No. 310410003715, HYBE Co., Ltd., address 42 (Han River 3-ga, Yongsan Trade Center), Yongsan-gu, Seoul. And on 2022. 4. 21 at 10.38AM, it has reached the address. 

The above proof of contains details of the mass abuse committed by Kim Garam to Yoo Eunseo, a petition containing Yoo Eunseo's feelings, and a notification of the results of the School Violence Countermeasures Committee, which Kim Garam was taken as a perpetrator of school violence. 

The victim did not ask for any compensation, but she urged them to delete the statement that was different from the truth, to make a statement based on the facts again, to apologize for the victim, and not to make a statement that is different from the truth only based from Kim Garam and her friends statements.

However, HYBE did not reply to this, and Kim Garam's entertainment activities continued as if nothing had happened. 

Yoo Eunseo, who could not endure the extreme anxiety and fear caused by the second assault, eventually made a suicide attempt. Yoo Eunseo and her parents decided to stop Yoo Eunseo's studies altogether and expressed their intention to drop out of school. Currently, Yoo Eunseo is being treated at a psychiatrist without going to school for seven weeks before the final dropout process, and Yoo Eunseo's mother stops all outside activities and takes care of Yoo Eunseo to prevent Yoo Eunseo from attempting suicide again. 

4. Refutation of the statement which said that the School Violence suspicion of Kim Garam was just a malicious slander 

The reason why Yoo Eunseo's guardian decided to file a criminal complaint against Kim Garam's school violence and send a proof of contents to HYBE without filing a civil lawsuit is that Yoo Eunseo and her guardian wanted to "stop the second offense" more than any compensation. 

However, HYBE ignored the victim's request to stop the second assault. Furthermore, when the notification of the results of the School Violence Countermeasures Committee becoming a problem, they repeated the statement which said that "The allegation is a malicious slander" and even stated "We will take legal action", Yoo Eunseo's parents repeated their existing position, saying, "We will take legal action," and they could no longer tolerate their children's pain, so they revealed the victim's position through this law firm. 

In this statement, details of the school violence committed by Kim Garam to Yoo Eunseo is skipped for smooth problem solving. If HYBE continues to maintain its statement that "the allegations are malicious slander and Kim Garam is the victim," the law firm will disclose the full report of the results of the School Violence Countermeasures Committee, including the summary of the case, to protect the underage victims. We are also considering releasing the full message of the victim's detailed statement of the terrible school violence at the time, which was not included in the summary of the case, and abusive language to summon the victim to the scene/location of mass assault. From the perpetrator's point of view, the reason for school violence may be that it was a joke, that the victim did something wrong, and that it may also be "in the process of making friends." 

However, the perpetrator should be sternly aware that the experience of mass abuse remains a scar deep in the heart and cannot be returned with any compensation and treatment for young students whose school life is everything to their world. 

Only strict awareness of school violence and thorough reflection on it are the minimum protection that can prevent our children from becoming the next victims from school violence.
